Patty is NALT’s Southeastern Program Director. She brings over 20 years of experience in conservation; environmental planning and stewardship; and sustainability implementation. Previously, she was the Vice President of Conservation and Sustainability for EcoVest Capital LLC, developing and implementing limited development and conservation management strategies for protected lands; and crafting ESG strategies internally and for the company’s multiple projects.

Kennedy has also served as the Executive Director or staff for multiple Conservation NGO’s protecting both public and private lands; implementing conservation and educational programs for nature and history; and spearheading environmental advocacy and implementing conservation policy. Kennedy has a breadth of experience working on issues ranging from stewardship and research, education, sustainability, communications and marketing, regulatory liaison, policy-making and strategic planning.
